Ray Goudie (1951 - July 25 2016) was a Scottish born musician, missionary and producer. Ray and his wife Nancy started the band Heartbeat in the early 80's. In 1985, God gave Heartbeat a deep desire for revival. As they continued to develop in line with their growing vision to see a new generation reach for God, they changed their ministry name in 1989 to NGM (5). With Heartbeat finishing in 1991, a new chapter had begun.
