Spanish bass player Eduardo Mancebo Portu (born 1963 - died 1997) from the Basque Country, known for being one of the founding members of the seminal Basque punk band R.I.P. along withe the brothers Yul and Txerra Bolinaga. He also played guitar in Ume Gaiztuak.
