Rapper from Atlanta, Georgia.
He was formerly a protégé of Dr. Dre and Eminem, leaders of Interscope Records-distributed Aftermath Entertainment and Shady Records. He had since left the labels in 2009.
Stat Quo was the co-founder of Blood Money Entertainment, an independent record label also co-founded by fellow rapper The Game; it went defunct in 2019 after Game created Prolific Records.
He currently run his own label, ATLA Music, and as a retired rapper, he manages Lil Xan.
