Danish singer, guitarist, songwriter and producer, born on 19 December 1949 in Sønderborg, Denmark. Father of
Sara Grabow.
Started playing guitar in 1966 at a boarding school, and wrote songs beginning in 1967. Although he sang in English on his debut album [m=757924], which was inspired by
Donovan and
Bob Dylan, he switched mostly to Danish on subsequent albums. In 1972, he had his commercial breakthrough with [m=439235].
