ACCM was basically the seed of the influential minimal EBM group Klinik.
In 1985, Marc Verhaeghen (X10, D-Sign, Klinik, Noise Unit, Para) joined forces with two other bands, Absolute Body Control (Dirk Ivens (Dive, Sonar, Blok 57, Klinik) and Eric van Wonterghem (Insekt, Klinik, Sonar, Monolith)), and The Maniacs (Sandy Nys (Klinik, Hybryds)) to form one “super group”.
The name was shortened to The Klinik and then to just Klinik.
