British composer and arranger, born in London, England. Since 1958, Moore has worked with Bing Crosby, Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly, Peggy Lee, Frankie Laine, Connie Francis and Peter Sellers, amongst others.

Briefly married to Barbara Moore in the 1950s.
