José Bouttard is a French singer and musician. He played in several local punk and rock bands based and formed in the Rouen area (Normandy) since late 1970's - early 1980's. These bands include Ovation, Fœtus, Vermines, Victor Vinyl, Smallpox, Klim and The Milfs. He is occasionally known and credited in some releases or newspapers under the nicknames/aliases White Spirit or Victor Vinyl.
