Pioneer of the New York punk scene, founded [l38538] in the mid 1970's, later working with the burgeoning No Wave scene through his [l19079] company. Graduate of Mercersburg Academy and Sarah Lawrence College. Passed away in St. Petersburg, Florida (USA) from a heart attack on 14 August 2012, aged 61.
