Buck was the original lead singer in punk band The Offenders in Killeen, Texas. He moved to Austin, Texas, where he played with Blind Willie’s Johnson, Jean Caffeine, Walter Daniels, Texacala Jones, Davy Jones, and others.
Since 2004, Buck has been a curator at The Country Music Hall Of Fame & Museum in Nashville, Tennessee.
