Family Guy is an American adult animation sitcom created by
Seth MacFarlane for the Fox Broadcasting Company. First premiered in early 1999, the show has been broadcast by Fox Network for 22 seasons with over 400 episodes aired to date. The series focuses on daily mishaps and adventures of a somewhat dysfunctional Griffins family, with MacFarlane voicing three of the leading characters, father
Peter Griffin, their infant but extraordinarily acute youngest child,
Stewie, and anthropomorphic talking pet dog
Brian. Other household members are mother
Lois Griffin (
Alex Borstein) and the other two children,
Meg (
Lacey Chabert and
Mila Kunis) and
Chris (
Seth Green).
Produced in collaboration between Fuzzy Door Productions, Inc. and 20th Television Animation, it's been developed by Seth MacFarlane with David Zuckerman (4), who also had served as an executive producer between 1999 and 2003. Other former and current
