She studied at the [l459222]. She has performed with the English Northern Philharmonia. When she moved to London, she was appointed Principal Cor Anglais with the Royal Ballet Sinfonia, and subsequently became a member of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. She joined the Philharmonia Orchestra in 2001 becoming its Principal Cor Anglais. Regular recording musician with the ensemble known as In The Nursery.
