Kent worked with a number of orchestras and chamber groups from the L.A. area. He is active both as a concert performer and a studio musician. He recorded with the likes of Shirley Horn, Gerald Albright, Fiona Apple, Rufus Wainwright, Mariah Carey, Joe Cocker and David Benoit, to name just a few.
