Alexis Quinlin was Taxi-Girl's manager and the founder of [l28822] (label) and [l341565] and [l611343] (music publisher). He relocated to the US in 1990 where he was later involved in and sentenced for a Ponzi scheme scam often passing himself as Jean-Baptiste Mondino.
