Swedish saxophonist (mainly baritone), born on March 26, 1945 in Lidköping, Sweden, died on February 6, 2011.

In the 1970s, he was one of the founding members of Fläsket brinner. In 1971 he also co-founded the band Sevda, which mixed Turkish folk music with jazz.
Bergsten played with, among others, Lars Sjösten's Quartet, Bernt Rosengren, Nannie Porres and Patrik Boman's Seven Piece Machine.

He is the father of Rasmus Faber.
