Code5 was a R&B quintet hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, made up of brothers and cousins Khalel Scooter Pritchard, Casey Casey Jay Jemmott, David, Jahmal, and Jermaine. After the shelving of their debut album at Elektra, all members but Casey Jay would go on to sign with Clinton Sparks and perform as XL.
