Swedish jazz band formed in connection with the trumpeter Ken Colyer coming to the Jazz & Blues Festival on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm. The band has participated in countless jazz festivals around Sweden and abroad. In 2000, the band participated in a demonstration for American jazz music in Carnegie Hall, New York, together with about 50 other Swedish jazz musicians. Orange Kellin and Fernando Kfouri were guest soloists with the band.
The band disbanded around 2005 when The Classic Jazz Quartet was formed.
