Classical bassoonist. Born in 1933 - Died October 6, 2015 in Sydney, Australia.
He studied at the [l290263]. In 1951, he spent his National Service in the The Band of the Royal Corps of Signals and his first important London orchestral experience was gained with the London Mozart Players in 1954. A year later he was appointed Principal Bassoon of the London Symphony Orchestra (1955-1965). He emigrated to Australia in the late 1960s and worked with the ABC orchestras around the country. In 1991, he joined the Australian Chamber Orchestra as Orchestra Manager.
