A defunct melodic Christian heavy metal band from the state of Hawaii, US. They formed in 1989, though they disbanded sometime in the late to mid-1990's.
It was in Hawaii that they met Daryn Hinton, the former manager of Stryper and Holy Soldier. She worked with the band on their first. independent EP and introduced them to producer David Zaffiro, who had also produced Holy Soldier, as well as being the former guitarist from Bloodgood. The band was courted by several record labels but never quite found the right fit. The Producer David Zaffiro even recruited Broken Silence vocalist Daniel Ysais to sing on several tracks on Holy Soldier's second album. In California, Broken Silence is know as Hawaii's Own Broken Silence!
