English radio producer, music producer (Phil Swern), songwriter, and collector, born 30 June 1948 – died 31 August 2024. He produced the radio shows Pick of the Pops and Sounds of the 60s. Swern had the world's only complete collection of every UK Top 40 chart hit since records began in 1952.
