Plagal Grind were a short-lived New Zealand super-group featuring Alastair Galbraith (also of The Rip), Dave Mitchell (The 3Ds, Goblin Mix, Ghost Club etc), Robbie Muir (The Rip) and Peter Jefferies (Nocturnal Projections, This Kind of Punishment). During their brief tenure they put out just one EP.
