Buddy Rich's Modern Interpretation of Snare Drum Rudiments, published in 1942. Adler developed the Adler Technique after studying the movements of the arm, hand, and wrist. His technique intended to omit wasted motion. During the 1960s, he started the Henry Adler Music Publishing Company. He wrote many other instruction books as well including
Don Lamond's Design for the Drum Set with drummer
Don Lamond (1966). Adler also published instruction books by countless other authors.
