Dutch singer, songwriter, musician and producer, born February 15, 1947 in Assen, Drenthe - died August 25, 1995 in Westeremden, Groningen.
In 1983 he moved to Aalborg, Denmark, where he married Solveig Segenstrøm Treffers in 1990. Around 1993 he was diagnosed with lung cancer. He spent the last months of his life with his wife in his brother's house in Westeremden in the province of Groningen, where he died on August 25, 1995 at the age of 48. He was cremated on August 30, 1995 in Groningen, The Netherlands.
