Born 6 April 1928 in London, died 29 April 2019 in Malibu, USA

Sought after studio musician due to his ability to play every woodwind instrument including saxophone, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, cor anglais and all their variants. He played with Geraldo, Ted Heath And His Orchestra, Benny Goodman and The London Symphony Orchestra. In 1976 he moved to L.A. and recorded with Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis, Bette Midler, Mel Tormé, Natalie Cole, and big bands which included, Les Brown And His Band Of Renown, Nelson Riddle, Ray Anthony, Dave Pell, Bob Florence, Bill Holman and others.
