In 1986 Hans-Martin Müller founded the LOFT, a concert room and recording studio in Cologne, near the conservatory. In 1987 the LOFT moved to a new location in Ehrenfeld. He has been organizing concerts with improvised and contemporary music at [l268716] since 1989. Concert recordings have been issued on CD by the associated label/publisher [l191705] and on a number of other labels.
