Hiperkarma is a prominent Hungarian alternative rock band formed in Budapest in 1999 by singer-songwriter Róbert Bérczesi. Known for their poetic lyrics and distinctive fusion of rock, pop, and hiphop elements, Hiperkarma has become a significant force in Hungary's music scene.

After the dissolution of his previous band, BlaBla, Bérczesi initiated Hiperkarma as a solo project. The band's debut album, hiperkarma (2000), was primarily a one-man production, showcasing Bérczesi's multifaceted talents. Their second album, amondó (2003), marked the transition to a full-band setup, featuring contributions from other musicians. Hiperkarma's music is characterized by introspective lyrics, energetic guitar riffs, and a blend of alternative rock with pop and hiphop influences, resonating deeply with audiences across generations.
