Alias Grant “Big Smokey” Johnson
Guitarist, pedal steel and banjo player and composer in Nashville, Tennessee. Original guitarist in Seattle, Washington power pop band The Model Rockets. Johnson left the band in 1994 because of its overseas tour schedule. After moving from Seattle to Nashville, he has played regularly with Americana / country musicians including Derek Hoke and D.B. Harris.
