Romanian operatic soprano, born 19 March 1944 in Bușteni, Romania.
She studied at the Bucharest Ciprian Porumbescu Conservatory, after which she was engaged at the Romanian Opera in 1968, making her stage debut in Don Giovanni as Donna Anna.
