Born 2 February 1946 in Liverpool. Studio session production conceived by Roger Greenaway and Roger Cook and featuring the Mike Sammes Singers. As I Was Kaiser Bill’s Batman gained commercial success, Billy Moeller was brought on board to tour as Whistling Jack Smith.
