Born 1947 - died March 5, 2024. Ronnie started his musical career in a Canadian based rock group Echo Tones in the 60’s. The Stampeders toured in Canada, US, Europe, and South America. By 1972 they already had 4 Juno Awards including best group and best single. In the early 70’s they recorded many albums reaching gold and platinum status. In 1977 the band split up, but the members went on continuing their careers.
