Original owner of Gaiee Records, an independent label out of New York City, which first issued Valentino - I Was Born This Way, a gay anthem, in 1975.
Sold song rights to Berry Gordy, owner of Motown Record Corp., who then reissued the single, but kept the original name/logo Gaiee.
