Lance Ledbetter is the founder and co-director of the record label Dust-to-Digital.

Ledbetter was named one of 50 Visionaries Who Are Changing the World by The Utne Reader. Dust-to-Digital has produced over 70 albums, books, box sets, and films covering rare and overlooked music — commercial releases and field recordings — including American gospel, blues, and jazz, plus compilations of obscure 78s and 45s from Greece, Thailand, Yemen, Morocco and elsewhere. The archival label's releases blend insightful liner notes, innovative packaging and a curatorial ear to present overlooked and underheard music to a twenty-first century audience.
