Scott Goddard
Surf Punks
Musician from Los Angeles, California. Goddard was a vocalist in the Surf Punks and collaborated with punk band the Dickies. He later moved to Arizona, where he was a member of the band Numnuts and worked as an artist. He died in 2006.
