Conductor and pianist from Salt Lake City (UT, USA). He studied piano performance at the Oberlin College Conservatory (Oberlin, OH, USA). He served as the assistant conductor of the Eastman School Symphony and Philharmonia Orchestras at the Eastman School Of Music (Rochester, NY, USA). He earned a degree of Master of Music in orchestral conducting at the Rice University (Houston, TX, USA) where he was the Director of the Campanile Orchestra. In 1999 he served as Director of Orchestras at the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston (TX, USA). In August 2000 he joined Utah Symphony as assistant conductor and in February 2002 he was appointed to associate conductor. He also does lots of guest appearences as conductor for other orchestra's.
