Danish singer, former member of the vocal sextet
Basix turned solo artist.
Born and raised in a little town outside Aarhus, Denmark, in 2002 he graduated as a singer from Rhythmic Music Conservatorium and taught by singers such as Katrine Madsen, Helle Hansen, Majbritte Ulrikkeholm, Butch Lacy and swedish Marie Bergman.
From 1997 – 2003 he was member of the acapella group Basix. With Niels Nørgaard he wrote the song “In Australia”, that was the runner up in the 2001 Danish ESC national and kickstarted their career. After two album released, one went platinum, Kjær went solo.
