Dutch (executive) producer and A&R manager. Born 09-02-1944, Heemstede.
Worked for Bovema/EMI (1969–1975) and EMI/EAR (European Artist and Repertoire) (1976–1980). In 1975 he became responsible for the A&R of European productions and between 1980 and 1985 he was in charge of EMI Germany. He then worked until 1987 for the German Cosima Music of Bernd Meinunger and Hanne Haller. In 1987 he switched to KRO television. Here he was (co-) producer and manager until his retirement in 2004.

According to his own account, he discovered musicians such as Brainbox, C.C.C. Inc., The Continental Uptight Band, Kayak, Lucifer, Highlight, Jaap Dekker, Robert Long, Ritty McGarretty and the Canadian band Promises.
Also worked with Oscar Benton, Jules de Corte, Dizzy Man’s Band, Focus, Arne Jansen (2), Maddog (2), Spooky & Sue, Teach-in, Mieke Telkamp, Conny Vandenbos, Willy Alberti and Pussycat.
Worked frequently with producer Jack de Nijs (also known as Jack Jersey) for several artists and the series Op Losse Groeven.
