Jud Phillips, Jr. (died December 15, 2019, aged 71) was an American music industry executive. He began as a teenager learning the business at Sun/Phillips International Records, then went on to become an engineer at the Sound Factory and Dimension Recorders in California, before going to work as an executive for Bell Records and Mercury Records.

The son of Jud Phillips, he was also the nephew of Sam Phillips, the US recording pioneer who discovered and recorded Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and many others.
