Drummer and vocalist in the Italian progressive rock cult band Premiata Forneria Marconi.

He released his only solo work in 1992, titled Lupus In Fabula.

He is the co-founder, together with Patrick Djivas, of Aerostella, a musical production company for cinema, TV and theatral productions. He wrote several soundtracks for TV shows and Italian movies, appearing also as an actor in many of them; he also fronted a lot of music-oriented TV shows.

As a journalist he contributed with his reviews to many newspapers and magazines.
