Jazz bassist, born Gerald Foster, Jr., April 15, 1956 in Los Angeles. At the age of 12 became a member of Craig Hundley Trio, would later change his name to Hassan Shakur.
Son of jazz pianist Gerald Wiggins.

Not to be confused with soul singer Jay Wiggins.
