Sophie Aldred is an English actress, presenter, author and voice-over artist, best known for playing Ace in Doctor Who (1987-1989). She has presented and appeared in several children's shows including ZZZap!, It's a Mystery and Words and Pictures. Her voice can be heard in animated children's shows such as Bob the Builder, Noddy in Toyland, Bananas in Pyjamas, Peter Rabbit and Tree Fu Tom.
