Herb Kent known as The Cool Gent (born Chicago, Illinois, USA - died October 22, 2016, aged 88) was an American radio disc jockey based in Chicago and one of the earliest African-American DJ's. At the time of his death, he was recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the longest-running disc jockey on air: 72 years.
