This quartet, a working unit since 2001, is made up of all Swedish musicians and has been performing at jazzclubs, festivals and also been broadcast several times on national radio in both Sweden and Denmark.

In 2003, the Cennet Jönsson Quartet's first CD, Jazzman”, was released on [l332157]. In 2006, CJQ performed and worked with students at [l305416] in London, England. In 2007, the group played at the Padova International Jazz Festival in Italy.

On October 12, 2010, CJQ performed, featuring accordeon-virtuoso Lelo Nika, at [l330141] (during the International KOPAfestival, which is arranged annually by [l500524], in Malmö or Lund, Sweden). In July, 2011, this constellation also performed at 'Sommarlund', a annual festival with different activities going on from June to August in Lund, Sweden.
