British manager, songwriter, and producer. Together with Bill Farley he wrote Rosalyn, which was the first single of The Pretty Things in 1964. Also co-wrote Big City and Everybody Knows which was a minor hit in 1964 for Steve Lawrence. Brother of Lesley Duncan.
