Recording engineer who had just started working at the Apostolic Studios when Frank Zappa started recording there in the 1960s.

Apart from his usual studio duties, Kunc was also an early innovative field-recording engineer for Zappa in the very late ’60s, utilizing a Uher tape machine & briefcase-mounted Shure mixer at [l412864] and also on Sunset Strip for An Evening With Wild Man Fischer.
