His real name is Abdul Rahman Osman.A Malaysian tock singer dates back to the 1980s. He hails from Johor.

In the beginning, Man Bai joined the group Gersang which was established in 1981. After a number of challenges, the group began to found fame. Gersang's name in the local music scene started with an album in 1988.

In the early 1990s, Man Bai quit the band to record a solo album in the early 1990s. He made his name as a solo artist with a hitsong Kau Ilhamku in 1995.

After the third Gersang album B-29 (1989), Man Bai faced with the challenge when his voice having problems and requires surgery. He then rested for nearly six years.

He worked with Roslan Aziz Productions from 1991 to 2000.
