Kiyono Koto (古都 清乃, Koto Kiyono). Enka singer, born 27 February 1947. Best known for her song Wakayama Blues, which was originally released as a B-side in 1968, then re-released in 1980 to much commercial success. She remains active as a performer, over 50 years after her debut single.
