Dana Schechter is a musician, composer, visual artist and animator. The main projects of her own writing compositions include Insect Ark, formed in 2011 and still ongoing, and Bee And Flower (1999-2012). Dana is a current recording and touring member of Swans, and has played as a bassist, lap steel guitarist and keyboardist with artists such as American Music Club, The Angels Of Light, Zeal And Ardor, Wrekmeister Harmonies, Årabrot, and Gnaw, among others.
