Drummer, sometimes credited as Maki or Mako Sakamoto. Frequent collaborator with Bernard Butler, on Butler’s solo recordings, as a member of The Tears, and on Butler’s productions of recordings by Duffy. Sakamoto died of an undisclosed illness in August 2018.
