Josef Bogdanovich





American investor, entrepreneur and record label executive.
From Los Angeles, California, Bogdanovich was introduced to Jamaican culture in the early 1990s when he managed Dread Flimstone And The Modern Tone Age Family.
When that relationship ended, he moved to Kingston in the mid-1990s and managed Scare Dem Crew, Lukie D and, most famously, Fantan Mojah, whom he first encountered as a window-washer in Kingston.
Relocated his label Down Sound Records from the US to Jamaica in the mid-to-late 1990s.
CEO of Down Sound Entertainment which continues to manage Jamaican artists and produces the Sumfest and Sting festivals in Jamaica.
