American bassist born February 3, 1957 in Alameda, California, raised in Philadelphia where he did a lot of session work for acts such as Patti Labelle, Lou Rawls, The Stylistics, Jean Carn, Dexter Wansel, The Jones Girls, Phyllis Hyman, etc. Now hosts The Steve Green Show on television.
