Connie Booth (born December 2, 1940, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA) is an American actress best known for her work alongside John Cleese, to whom she was married from 1968 to 1978, in particular the BBC TV sitcom, Fawlty Towers (1975-1979) in which she played the role of Polly Sherman.
